We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Title Clerk / Wholesale Clerk to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary:**
The Dealership Title / Wholesale Clerk is responsible for managing and processing vehicle titles, registrations, and other essential documents related to vehicle sales and transactions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the dealership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Title Processing:**
- Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation for vehicle titles and registrations.
- Ensure accuracy in title applications and maintain organized records for all transactions.
- Process incoming and outgoing title requests from other dealerships and financial institutions.

2. **Wholesale Transactions:**
- Assist with wholesale vehicle sales, including preparing necessary documentation and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of wholesale inventory and transactions.
- Coordinate the transfer of titles and paperwork for wholesale deals.

3. **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent support to customers and staff regarding title and registration inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction process.

4. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Stay informed of state and federal regulations regarding vehicle titles and registrations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies.

5. **Record Maintenance:**
- Maintain an organized filing system for all title and registration documents.
- Track and report any discrepancies or issues related to title processing or wholesales.

6. **General Administrative Duties:**
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, faxing, and filing.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a title clerk or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle title processing and registration procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
