Job Summary:
As a Dealership Biller, you will be responsible for processing dealership transactions accurately and efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within the dealership’s billing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in automotive billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process deals for vehicle sales, service contracts, warranties, and other transactions.
- Verify accuracy of all billing information, including pricing, customer details, and payment methods.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Process payment collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records, both digital and physical.
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit any necessary paperwork for financial institutions, manufacturers, and government agencies as needed.
- Stay updated on dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and changes in billing regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive billing,
- Familiarity with Reynolds.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, excel, word and outlook knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
