**About Us:**
We're growing!   We just added Glory Nissan to partner with our Infiniti of Las Vegas dealership and are building our management team.   We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us continue to foster a thriving work environment.

**Position Summary:**
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our auto dealerships. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and the implementation of HR strategies that align with the dealership’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Staffing:**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements.

2. **Employee Relations:**
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in accordance with dealership policies.

3. **Performance Management:**
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee development and accountability.
- Support managers in providing coaching and feedback to employees, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations.

4. **Training and Development:**
- Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training sessions for current employees.

5. **Compliance and Policy Management:**
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data protection.

6. **Compensation and Benefits:**
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits programs; make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

7. **Strategic HR Initiatives:**
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with the dealership's business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
